I've had this burgundy dress for the longest time but because I don't like the top part of it I don't wear it often. Since I've been wearing dresses as skirts a lot lately (you'll see more) I decided to do so with this burgundy dress. Besides, layering is what Fall's about. ( though, it's nearly Harmattan, here). Pardon the dark photos. I over edited to salvage it.
