If you're going to wear neon be prepared to be noticed.
And because I was prepared I wore my mirrored shades. I am on the hunt for another one of these shades. Can't begin to tell you the funny things that have happened since I began to wear them out. And I do get to stare if I want to without getting caught. ;)
